Our little farm
Two of us, one tray at a time
Hart & Soil started in a sunny corner of the family home — a dad and his son, Kristopher Hartman, who got curious about how much flavour you can fit into a two-week-old plant. It turns out: quite a lot.
We grow everything in small batches, in clean soil, with filtered water and a lot of patience. Nothing sits in a warehouse. We seed, we tend, and we cut your greens the day they're ready so they reach you crisp and alive.
